Examples That Typically Require a Type-II Permit
Businesses storing inventory at home
Etsy sellers storing products at home
Crochet businesses producing products at home
3-D printing businesses producing products at home
Businesses receiving customer visits
Home-based food production operations
Businesses with product assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or processing occurring at the residence

Qualification is based on the specific facts of each business. Final determinations are made by the Planning & Zoning Department pursuant to Ordinance 26-17.

Type-I Home Occupation. No permit is required at this time.
